Apply and meet with the owner. Complete and submit the onboarding documents to transfer your license. Pay the annual membership fee and onboarding fee.

Fees and Commission
Annual Membership Fee: $100
Once your Oregon real estate license is transferred to ORERN, you'll pay a $100 annual membership fee to maintain your referral-only brokerage membership.
Onboarding Fee: $100
Once your Oregon real estate license is transferred to ORERN, you'll pay a $100 onboarding fee to be signed onto ORERN.
Referral Commission Split: 85/15
When one of your referrals results in a closed transaction, you'll receive 85% of the referral commission, while ORERN retains 15% for brokerage services and transaction processing.

Connect with buyers or sellers and make referrals. Complete and send your referral paperwork.
DEAL IS CLOSED
Your referral works with the agent to buy or sell a property to successfully close a deal. The agent’s commission is then paid at closing.
GET PAID
You earn a 85% of the referral commission while ORERN retains 15%.
